As an aspiring hand model with naturally strong and fast-growing nails, I've only recently started to take pride in the beauty and resilience of my hands. Unfortunately, I acknowledge that not everyone can relate to having naturally strong nails, and many individuals rely on supplements to achieve stronger nails – a trend that is becoming more and more popular. As a result, I became curious about the possibility of further enhancing my nail strength by trying a nail supplement. While I've always had robust nails, I wanted to explore whether supplements could make a noticeable difference and whether they are truly necessary for maintaining strong nails.
